Hexen Kessel

I don't know what this is.

I found this further up the road, right at the entrance to a small park I wandered into. "Hexen Kessel" means "Witch's Cauldron," and this appeared to be a sign advertising a small shop or café of some variety that hadn't yet opened so early on a Sunday.
