Coffee Zinio 1731 Westwood Blvd, 90024 1 Comments Flag This

Type: Coffeeshop / Cafe Hours: Su-Th midnight F-Sa 1AM

Very good coffee. They say it's Brazilian coffee. They also have pastries, sandwiches and hookah(which I've not yet had be bothersome). There is a little outdoor covered patio onto Westwood which can be a bit noisy. Indoor and out they play muted soccer games and generally have on world-beat clubish techno or something similar. There are power plugs in and out for anyone wanting to stay a while. Its a good alternative to being in Westwood village but it can be a bit noisy.

Best coffee I've found near UCLAPosted by kurt at 11:09am April 13, 2007 Flag This

I've been coming here for a few months. Occasionally the music get going a bit to loud, but the owner makes excellent espresson, and the sandwiches and salads are really good and inexpensive. Even when lots of people are smoking hookah they keep the inside aired out well so it isn't annoying. They are open late, have good coffee, and free wifi... all basic requirements of a good coffee shop in my opinion but it seems rare in LA! So please don't come here since it's small and I value my table to get some work done!

Their deserts look pretty delicious.
