Cool coffee shop in the old Historic Sears Bldg, South Side on Lamar, 1/2 mile from the Dallas Convention Ctr, great coffee, pastries, paninis, you have to try the COFFEE COOLER - the milk shake with a kick. They are a totally cool place for surfing wireless, great connection, comfy atmosphere. They are also a MSVP MeetUp venue that hosts wireless MeetUps www.meetup.com .

We moved to Canada over a year ago and there is not a coffee shop that is as kick-ass as BULI...Hurry and open one in Saskatoon:)

Parking isn't a problem if you're willing to use your legs. If you'd rather step right out of your car and into your seat at this place, then yeah, it's a problem.

Most of you Dallas people could never survive back east. If you didn't drop dead you might get a little thinner. Risk/reward.

By the way, the place has changed its name. It's now called The Opening Bell or something.

Parking sucks for this bldg. and you're limited to 2 hours unless you're really prone to runnin out and feeding a meter.

Great place. Couches, tables, live music. Bottomless coffee, which is awesome. Laid back, great atmosphere.

If you're ever in downtown Dallas and need a very cool, comfortable, not crowded or crazy place for a coffee, snack, and chill with free WIFI, I've found it. It's called Standard & Pours, Coffee & Stocks. It's on the commercial floor of a "new" condo building actually in a renovated ooooooold warehouse on S. Lamar. Very nice setting with large tables, small tables, and sofas. Good food, good coffee, and good people. Good place for a business meeting.

I'm from Austin and miss my usual great selection of WIFI coffee when I visit here. No more!!!
