Only guests can now use the free WiFi as Starbucks managers kept giving out the wireless key of the Austrian Bakery's wireless network.
The network is not visible, but still available. Just ask in the store and you'll get the key to connect.

It appears the Austrian Bakery no longer has any WiFi.

Although, the sandwitches, deli meat, and bakery items are still excellent. Crappy coffee.
