Cozy. The food leaves a little to be desired, if you want something more than a scone, but I go there for the comfortable atmosphere, great coffee and gourmet tea menu and wifi. I just spent almost 4 dollars on a medium sized green tea that they filled up with "green tea" concentrate and a water gun, only to discover that they are now charging for ALL Argo tea locations Wi-fi.
