I noticed the previously mentioned problems with the access point. I had some spare time a few weeks ago and replaced / upgraded the access point. So as of August 2004 the reliability issues should be all fixed. If anyone notices any problems now, please email me. The owners are good folks and the coffee is great. Also... a quick plug... we are actively looking for new customers in the Austin area. If your business needs a computer guy, go to our URL and give me a call. Our expertise covers Microsoft servers / desktops, networking, firewalls, internet access, wireless access, etc...

Don't make it here too ofter as it's out of my way, but the wireless network has almost always worked when I was there. Good coffee and lots of coffee equipment!

the staff does care when the wireless may not be working, the problem lies with southwestern bell's DSL, I've seen employees try to call them a number of times and southwestern bell blows off their complaints and won't fix the problem. everytime i have been in there recently though, the wireless has been working perfectly.

The access point does go offline quite a bit. I wouldn't plan on sure access.

Hours are 7am to 7pm Mon thru Sat and 8am-5pm on Sundays. LOCALLY OWNED with the COFFEE ROASTER IN THE STORE!! Good selection of morning pastries, confections, and all types of beverages - coffee, chai, smoothies, waters, etc.
