Roughly: "Here Berlin saves teachers of tomorrow." "Saves" meaning "stores away" not "rescues."
Again, I'm not exactly sure what the complaint is, but many people were making it with these banners.
Yes, that translation doesn't make much sense to me, either. But that's literally what it says (I think).
